• - Delivery: Orders are prepared within 3 business days and shipped. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days; for urgent requests, please contact us.
• - Returns & Exchanges: You may return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging and undamaged. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Incomplete or damaged items may result in a deduction.
